Erasmus traineeships
The IOA offers traineeships within the Erasmus+ programme.
More info about the traineeships offered in the academic year 2025-2026 will be available from October 2024.
To enroll at the IOA you must:
- Not be older than 32.
- Have completed a programme in classical singing (Bachelor or Master) OR have equivalent experience.

- If you are looking for an up-to-date programme responding to the demanding and selective reality of the professional opera world.
- If you want to participate in several productions/concerts with orchestra.
- If you want to be taught by internationally acclaimed teachers and masters, who closely follow your trajectory to become a successful singer/repetiteur, then we invite you to apply for auditions at the International Opera Academy, in the beautiful, vibrant and historical city of Ghent.
