Vacancy: Artistic-Pedagogical Manager

The International Opera Academy (IOA) is looking for an Artistic-Pedagogical Manager. 

This is an unprecedented opportunity for anyone with the ambition to lead a Specialised programme for Higher Arts Education. At the IOA, singers and repetiteurs (pianists) are educated as professional artists during a two-year postgraduate programme. You will be working in an international context at the bustling artistic site of De Bijloke, at the centre of Ghent. As artistic-pedagogic manager, you are responsible for developing a successful pedagogical and artistic educational trajectory for IOA students. The IOA is allied with Opera Ballet Vlaanderen. 

The IOA is looking for an engaged and open-minded person; someone with a contemporary vision on, and great affinity with Higher Education and the broader field of the arts, especially opera and musical theatre.
