Juliana Cook

Juliana Cook is a Dutch-Canadian soprano and holder of a Master of Arts with Distinction and a DipRAM from the Royal Academy of Music, and a BMus in Opera Performance from the University of British Columbia.

In her first year at the IOA, she sang Fiordiligi (Così fan tutte) and Beth (Little Women). Previous roles include Erste Dame (Die Zauberflöte), Antonia (Les Contes D’Hoffmann), Mrs. Grose (The Turn of the Screw), Micaëla (Carmen), and . She has sung in Mahler’s 4th Symphony, Brahms' Ein Deutsches Requiem, and Beethoven’s 9th. A Fishmongers’ Guild and Canadian Centennial scholar, Juliana brings a rich musicality and thoughtful dramatic presence to both operatic and concert repertoire.
