Lara Mohy
Lara Mohy is a young Belgian mezzosoprano. In 2020 she won the young talent prize at the Annivier festival in Switzerland, and that same year she entered the Conservatoire in Liege, where she studied with Sabine Conzen and Thibaut Lenaertz. She also studied with Céline Sheen.
Her repertoire includes Bach, Handel, Purcell and chamber music. She has sung works by Massenet and Chausson with a quintet at the Trésor de la Cathédrale de Liège. She also sang with Pascal Mohy at the Broukay jazz festival. In 2024 she took part in two productions of the Cœur de chambre de Namur with the Orchestre Philharmonique de Liège: Claire de lune by C. Debussy and Missa Solemnis by L. von Beethoven.
